Bronze and Silver
Bronze is where everyone starts. The 2% cashback is small but costs nothing, and you get a birthday bonus. Silver raises cashback to 5%, adds weekly reload offers and moves your withdrawals into the priority queue.
Gold
Gold is the middle tier. Cashback rises to 8% and your account limits go up. If you withdraw larger amounts, the higher limits may matter more to you than the cashback rate.
Platinum and Diamond
At the top two tiers, you get a dedicated account manager. Platinum pays 12% cashback and fast-tracks withdrawals. Diamond pays 15%, offers instant withdrawals, and adds bespoke bonuses and invitations to events.
How to progress

Cashback maths: a worked example
Cashback is paid on net losses over the week. Here is how the rates compare for a player whose net losses in one week came to £200:

Because the cashback is wager-free, a Gold player who gets £16 can withdraw that £16 straight away. A deposit bonus works differently: at Gambana it carries 10× wagering, so £16 of bonus money would need £160 of play before you could withdraw it. Cashback only reduces losses. It never turns a losing week into a winning one. At Diamond, the highest rate, £30 comes back and £170 is still lost.
Your personal account manager
Platinum and Diamond members get a named account manager. In practice, this person:
- Handles withdrawal queries and keeps you updated on progress.
- Puts together bespoke offers, mainly for Diamond members.
- Arranges event invitations.
- Acts as a direct contact if something goes wrong.
The account manager is not a replacement for Gambana’s safer-gambling team, and they cannot waive verification. If an account manager ever encourages you to deposit more than you planned, you can decline, and it’s worth raising with support.
VIP withdrawals and limits
Standard accounts can withdraw up to £10,000 a week. VIP tiers get higher limits, and Gambana sets the exact figures. Withdrawal speed also improves as you move up: standard, then priority, then fast-track, then instant at Diamond.
